用途與特點(diǎn)：
HD系列液壓對(duì)輥造粒機(jī)是采用干法輥壓工藝技術(shù)，主要靠壓力進(jìn)料加壓方式，使物料強(qiáng)制通過(guò)兩個(gè)相對(duì)旋轉(zhuǎn)輥輪間隙，強(qiáng)制壓縮成片塊狀，在輥壓過(guò)程中，物料的實(shí)際密度能增大1.5~3倍，對(duì)含水量≤5%的粉狀物料進(jìn)行壓縮成片或塊狀，從而達(dá)到顆粒強(qiáng)度要求。再經(jīng)破碎整形，篩分工藝，使片塊狀物料變成符合使用要求的顆粒狀物料。主要適用于化肥原料（硫酸鉀，氯化鉀，鉀肥，碳酸鈣，硝酸鉀，磷酸銨等）;化工原料（抗氧劑，氧化鋅，金屬粉末，植物燃料等）以及環(huán)保材料的壓縮造粒過(guò)程。
